CHCM is a licensed Managing Agent acting for Owners Management Companies (OMC) of Residential Apartment Blocks, Commercial Developments, Office Buildings, Retail Centres, Industrial Estates.
We have in-house business partners, Clement Herron Real Estate who provide a wider range of services such as Acquisitions, Sales, Lettings and Valuations.
Our clients vary from private owners to housing bodies and local councils, businesses and property developers. We work hard to build confidence in our service and forge a good reputation for our client's management company.
CHCM have a team of highly experienced, licensed property agents who carry out a full range of property services. We undertake continuous training and professional development to deliver the best results and service for our clients.
Eben Adlem and Clement Herron are the licensed property service providers (PSP) for CHCM. Eben is client facing to ensure compliance while Clement provide a multi-faceted approach to suit each property in our portfolio.
Dermot Hanniffy is our Client Accounts Manager and specialise in financial control. Dermot manage accounts receivable and payable and provide the necessary governance and audit compliance.
Samanta Hauberte is our office administrator. Samanta is studying for her PSRA licence and CHCM sponsors the 2-year apprenticeship programme lead by the LOETB (best of luck Samanta).
We frequently sign-up new clients. Our portfolio currently include multiple residential blocks, mixed use developments, office blocks, shopping centres and industrial retail complexes.
Our client base include property developers, housing bodies, local councils, businesses and private owners.

Our systems operate on the Microsoft 365 digital environment. We employ a specialist property management system named Blockman, and this allow us to properly account for our clients finances and report with accuracy and comply with the regulations of the Multi Unit Development Act.
We are entirely governed under the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) who license our business and our staff. Our business and systems are subject to audits by the PSRA that certifies our compliance with their regulations and our treatment of client monies. We recently completed and passed our latest audit successfully.
